The UUSC is a model of unmanned submarine craft used for continually transmitting prerecorded data. Manufactured and operated by the Messengers' Subnautic Branch, they are primarily used for exploration purposes in the hopes of discovering and communicating with distant colonies. They are occasionally used to contact vessels which are lost at sea or have an otherwise indeterminable location.
