====== The Messengers ======

The Messengers is an organization focused on creating, managing, and maintaining a large system of covert communication networks throughout Ivykeep. While these networks are almost exclusively used by the [[Utopia Project|Utopia Project]] and both organizations were developed roughly simultaneously, the two groups are entirely separate and disagreements between their respective managements have occasionally stalled resistance efforts. In return for access to the Messenger networks, resistance members provide assistance such as protective services and acquisition of parts and labour.

The Messengers is formed from a variety of departments:

=== Outpost Hub ===
Most of the Messengers' central command structure is controlled from this location. Operations include communication with the Utopia Project, remote management of outposts and members, general security, and

=== Subnautic Branch ===

=== Windlass Branch ===
The Windlass Branch manages aerial antennas, air transport, and an intricate network of repeaters and signal boosters.

=== Station Zero ===
