EastRock Electric is a Crown-subsidized energy conglomerate responsible for most of Ivykeep's electric power generation. It operates numerous different generating stations and uses a variety of methods to maximize power output. Electricity is relayed to Crown-controlled distribution stations and distributed according to district and sanctions.

EastRock has been accused of price-gouging and anti-competitive practices. It has also been the target of several worker strikes and revolutions, alleging horrific labour conditions and fear-based working environments. The use of aerial strikes to prevent revolting workers at Thermo-Electric plant 06 drew widespread outrage and resulted in a major increase in Utopia support.
