Victor West is the Administrator of the Badlands. Despite growing up in a wealthy [[olive_heights|Olive Heights]] family, West received his position directly from the [[monarchy_of_ivykeep|Crown]] to rule the rural, desert Badlands. In his job West portrays himself as a no-nonsense cowboy leader called the "Sheriff", often in an authoritarian manner. This is commonly mocked as roleplay by his detractors, who call him "Crown Vic" in reference to the cronyism that bought him his administrative role.

West, inexplicably, has strong support from many hard-working residents of the Badlands despite living a life of luxury in the capital of [[Vickerton|Vickerton]]. [[utopia_project|Utopia]] missions to free the Badlands from his reign have met strong local opposition, making such operations difficult.
