Tomes are any pre-[[Genesis|Genesis]] books, writings, or manuscripts. As most of these artifacts were [[The Burning of Babel|destroyed]] by [[The Baron|The Baron]] and other powerful mages or rulers, Tomes are now exceedingly rare. They are catalogued and guarded by [[Librarians|Librarians]] who spend their lives searching for unfound Tomes and ensuring that their knowledge is shared with the populace.
