====== M.K. Corral ======

M.K. Corral is a [[monarchy_of_ivykeep|Crown]]-operated scientific testing facility, located in [[heartland|Heartland]] and focused primarily on developments in animal husbandry and agriculture. Initially founded by rancher [[Menlo Kesey|Menlo Kesey]] to produce high-nutrition animal feed from local fauna, the site was taken over by the government after his death the following year. 

Under government control, the site used many controversial methods of study such as vivisection and genetic manipulation. After the [[Pavlov Incident|Pavlov Incident]], the findings of the [[Church Committee|Church Committee]] lead to increased scrutiny into M.K. Corral's activities and widespread public pushback against the facility's operations. This culminated in a [[Gunfight at the M.K. Corral|shootout]] between [[Utopia Project|resistance]] members and Corall security, unintentionally resulting in the near-complete destruction of the facility.
