Genesis refers to the creation of the [[quinta|Aether]], often called the most influential event in human history.


Before Genesis, human abilities were greatly limited. With none of the bodily control and powers now taken for granted, the world's greats were stifled and humanity's progress was at a crawl. Seeing this, [[the_baron|The Baron]] initiated a great shockwave at numerous [[Point of Genesis|Points of Genesis]]. This Aetherial wave spared only [[Children of Genesis|children]], as the innocence and enthusiasm of a child was said to be the only thing capable of freeing humanity from its dark ages. These children, using [[sprout|Sprouts]] to harness the new Quintal energy, grew to rebuild the world from scratch.
