Cuesta has the largest elevation range of any territory, stretching from sea level all the way to [[ivykeep_administrative_district|I.A.D]]. It is mostly vertical, with settlements connected by the [[ivykeep_rail_network|Cuesta line]], precarious road and pathways, and the [[The Lift|Lift]]. Major population centers include Rootstock, [[Concourse|Concourse]], and [[Waste Settling Fields|Waste Settling Fields]].
